• Performing Rights Organizations applications;
• Employee law guidance;
• Preparation of annual legal filings with the Secretary of State;
• Administration of annual meetings and preparation of minutes for those meetings; and

Under the Monthly Retainer Program, we charge a monthly fee tailored to cover each client’s specific legal needs. This allows our business and entertainment clients to budget for their yearly legal fees and allows us to be proactive instead of reactive regarding our business and entertainment client’s needs.

The longer the relationship we have with a client under our Monthly Retainer Program, the better our attorneys learn about our clients and the better our attorneys are able to guide our clients.
