Wills, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills
Many estate planning needs can be addressed through the use of specifically drafted wills that reflect the wishes and goals of our clients. The wills often contain provisions that control the distribution of assets for children and future generations. In addition, a sound estate plan will include financial and medical powers of attorney that name someone to handle our client’s affairs in the event of incapacity, and a Living Will, which expresses our client’s individual wishes with respect to end of life decisions.
